\u201cI studied French at school for eight years, but all I can remember is \u201eSalut!\u201c and \u201eAu revoir!\u201c Sound familiar? Learning a new target language is one of the most enriching and rewarding skills we can acquire in the course of our lives. But why doesn't what we've learned help us any further and we almost unlearn everything?<\/p>\n

This fact is demotivating for many people. Those who recognise this bitter result lose hope in their abilities and give up on learning a new language. It really doesn't have to be that way. Nor do you have to learn the way you used to learn at school. In this article, you will find nine ways to learn a language quickly.<\/p>\n

Make language learning unavoidable!<\/h2>\n

Do you want to learn a new language not abroad, but in your home town? You French<\/strong> <\/a>or English in Basel<\/strong><\/a> learn. To achieve this, you must first put yourself in a situation where improvement is inevitable.<\/p>\n

Like learning new skills, learning a new language requires a strong will. You have to consciously lock yourself out of your comfort zone and not retreat for a while.
