fide test:   General Terms and Conditions (Applicable from 15.06.2021)

1. This registration is binding.
2. By registering you accept the general terms and conditions of Swiss Language Academy listed below.
3. You acknowledge that you have been informed about the conditions for registration and participation and that you have read the regulations for participation in the fide
4. After your registration you will receive an invoice for the fide The examination fee is to be transferred by the due date, as the timely payment is a requirement for the participation in the fide test. The payment deadline specified in the invoice is binding.
5. A deregistration from the fide test must take place in writing.
6. For a deregistration up to 20 days before the examination day, an administration fee of CHF 80.- applies.
7. In case of deregistration fewer than 20 days before the examination day, the entire examination fee will be charged.
8. If the candidate is absent, fails the test or arrives late on the test day, the examination fee will not be reimbursed. Late participants may be excluded from the test.
9. With your registration you authorize Swiss Language Academy to conduct and evaluate the fide test, as well as to pass on personal data required for the issuing of the language passport (Sprachenpass) to the fide
