A refund is only possible in the event of serious illness and requires a doctor\u2019s certificate. In this case, an additional processing fee of CHF 80.\u2013 will be charged.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Anyone who does not attend without a valid cancellation will not receive a refund.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Rescheduling and registration after the cancellation deadline<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A rebooking is only possible until the cancellation deadline. The binding deadlines for the <\/span><b>telc B1 German exam<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> can be found on our website. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At<strong> Swiss Language Academy<\/strong> can postpone an exam date if too few participants have registered. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registrations received after the cancellation deadline cannot be cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>No aids allowed in the telc B1 exam<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout <\/span><b>telc B1 German exam<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (both written and oral) no aids are permitted.
