fide test: General Terms and Conditions (Valid from 15 June 2021)
1. This registration is binding.
2. By registering, you accept and agree to the following general terms and conditions of Swiss Language Academy.
3. You confirm that you have been informed of the registration and participation conditions and that you accept the rules for participation in the fide-Test gelesen haben.
4. After registering, you will receive an invoice from us for the fide Test. The examination fee must be transferred by the due date. This is because timely payment of the examination fee is a prerequisite for participation in the fide–TestThe payment date stated on the invoice is binding.
5. Withdrawal from this test must be made in writing.
6. For cancellations up to 20 days before the exam date, you will be charged a processing fee of CHF 80.
7. If you cancel less than 20 days before the exam date, we will charge the full exam fee.
8. In the event of non-attendance, failure to pass the examination or late arrival on the day of the examination, the examination fee will not be refunded. Late arrivals may be excluded from the examination.
9. By registering, you authorise Swiss Language Academy to conduct and evaluate the fide-tests and for issuing the language passport to the office fide zu übermitteln.
