Where is the exam taking place?
- Examination venue: SLA Basel / Examination Centre
- Address: Münchensteinerstr. 2, 4052 Basel
- Directions: Ab Basel SBB reach the stop „Basel, Münchensteinerstrasse“ in a few minutes with the Tram etc. Lines 10 and 11). Places & recommendation for early registration

Registration deadlines
The registration deadline is 16 days before taking the exam.To ensure everything runs smoothly, we recommend not leaving your registration until the last day.
Examination fees and payment information
- telc A1 exam fee: CHF 190.00
- Payment: After registering for the telc A1 exam, exam participants will receive an invoice from us. This should be paid on time by the due date. This is because timely payment of the exam fee is a prerequisite for taking the exam. The payment date stated on the invoice is binding.
Cancellation / Rebooking / Refund (Overview of rules)
Registration is binding and as a rule cannot be canceled. If you need to withdraw, the cancellation must be made at the latest 16 days before the exam date have been received by the Swiss Language Academy. The cancellation must in writing take place; verbal cancellations do not count. That is the crucial point Date of receipt Your message to the Swiss Language Academy.
Important:
Do not pay, not received an invoice or fail to appear for the exam gilt not as a sign-off.

No aids allowed in the exam
